We unloaded our last load of non GMO corn on Friday. It was a full load and it just barely fit. Another five bushels and it would have spilled out on the ground. We buy our corn now for the 2020 growing season because if we don't get it now there is a good chance it will all get shipped to Japan.

The Bollinger family has been sending their corn to Japan for over 20 years. It is exceptional corn that gets made into noodles and other human food. Today the corn had a test weight of over 60 lbs per bushel, four pounds per bushel heavier than most corn! We pay a premium to get corn from the Bollingers and appreciate not only their good corn, but also the way that they farm. Here is a link to a piece about JR from several years ago.
