Pasture-Raised Beef

Sold Out for the 2025 Season

We practice rotational grazing, giving our grasses and forages time to rest and develop strong root systems for better nutrient absorption. The yearling steers we purchase each February spend the next year grazing on our cool-season pastures. By late spring, they move to a rental farm planted with native warm-season grasses, where they graze until they are field-harvested in July and August. We believe harvesting directly on pasture is more humane than hauling to a processing plant, and we’re convinced it produces better-tasting meat.

How We Raise Our Beef

  • 100% pasture-raised, no supplemental feed.

  • Managed with organic practices (not USDA-certified).

  • Rotational grazing for nutrient-rich, healthy forage.

  • Field-harvested in July and August for a humane process and superior flavor.
