New to Peace Valley Poultry?

First of all, welcome! We’re a small, family-run farm in Southern Missouri, committed to raising pasture-raised poultry and beef through regenerative farming practices. Since 1996, we’ve focused on healthy land and keeping you and your customers connected to where your food comes from. The result is healthy, flavorful meat.

We sell fresh chicken from May to October, and provide frozen chicken through the winter — all raised and processed here on our farm.
We sell turkey in November, also from here.

Right now our beef is not available for retail resale.

1. Getting Started: How to Order

Place your order via our online order form (orders close for the week every Tuesday at noon). You will be ordering

Select your pickup or delivery location and date. We offer pickup on Wednesdays at the farm, weekly delivery in Springfield on Thursdays, and to Rolla monthly (usually the 4th Friday). Delivery can be arranged with Jim at 417-293-0450.

2. Pickup and Delivery Options

🚜 On the Farm

Pickup is on Wednesdays mid to late afternoon at our Peace Valley farm. We confirm your order, and assist with loading into your vehicle. We recommend you bring a cooler(s). We take payment in cash or check.

🚚 Delivery Locations

We deliver to Springfield on Thursdays and to Rolla typically on the 4th Friday (12:30-1 pm), with individual delivery times occasionally varying. Please refer to the pickup schedule.

3. What to Expect When You Pick Up

Payment is by cash or check.

Your total cost will be calculated based on the actual weight of your packages at pickup. See pricing.

Bring a cooler with ice.

  • Yes! Many first-time customers start with one to taste the difference. Place your order here.

  • A cooler with ice packs is recommended. We’ll have your freshly-processed order ready to take home.

  • Please place your order by Tuesday at noon on your pickup week.

  • Turkey is available for pickup and delivery in November.

    Beef is offered seasonally. We are waitlist only for 2026.
