Bulk beef & last delivery dates until mid-June!

Our two new baby goats, born last week. They are a sweet addition to our farm. 

It's been a busy few weeks here on the farm, between getting a few new batches of chicks, Jim fixing the soybean roaster, butchering and delivering to our wholesale vendors and more we've hardly had time to sit down and type out our upcoming sale date information!

On the Farm available May 23, 3:00-6:00pm. 

Mansfield May 24th at 7:30am -Take the exit to Hwy 5 N toward Hartville off of Hwy 60. Turn right toward the commuter parking, then the first left, the first right, then left to the back of the old hospital

Springfield May 24th from 12:00-1:00pm at the Second Baptist Church, 3111 E. Battlefield. We meet in the parking lot by Ingram Mill Rd. The church is several blocks west of Hwy. 65.

NEW DELIVERY LOCATIONS! We will have frozen whole CHICKEN, parts, and giblets available. As well as some frozen hamburger, short ribs, and beef soup bones!

Winona May 25th 9:15am at the Nuway store parking lot

Van Buren May 25th 10:00am we plan to meet near the McDonald's.

Ellsinore May 25th 10:40am in the parking lot of the restaurant across Hwy 60 from the Dollar General, it is on the south side of the road.

Our next round of beef is almost finished, on grass of course.  Be sure to get your order in around June 10th as they go to processing around June 19th.  

For these beeves, we are asking a $200 deposit for each half. The price will be $1.40/lb. live weight, balance paid when the beef go to the butcher. Also, the customer pays the processing. We sell them as whole or halves. A few customers who picked up their beeves, calculated the price for what they took home. It was approximately $3.85-$4.10/lb.  

This is a tremendous savings from buying parts/cuts, which average $6.51/lb.
