New Bistro Opening in Springfield!

Today Chef Drake Tillman drove all the way out to our farm to pick up poultry for his new restaurant, Margot. The bistro is located at 206 E Commercial Street and is opening January 30! We’re stoked to have them serving our chicken and can’t wait to drop by and try it sometime!
